I offer 15-minute free consultation calls before booking intake sessions. This is a great opportunity to determine whether we are a good fit for each other. From there, an intake session helps with information gathering to provide you with thorough treatment.

The healing process is individual, so the timing varies by client. I recommend starting with weekly sessions, which can be spaced out more over time. You have the autonomy to pause or discontinue treatment, and I can provide referrals if you decide to seek treatment elsewhere.
